Saluda River Club Wins Master Planned Community of the Year for Fifth Consecutive Year
Team Jones/Johnson Recognized for $15M Sales Volume
On Saturday, February 27, Saluda River Club, the successful residential community located on the Saluda River, was honored for the fifth consecutive year as Master Planned Community by the Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) of the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina at its 27th Annual REGAL Circle Agent Awards Gala. The yearly event, hosted at the Columbia Marriott, celebrates “Real Estate’s Greatest Achievers & Leaders in the Greater Columbia area.”
In addition to winning Master Planned Community five years in a row, two of Saluda River Club’s sales managers, Brantley Jones and Ted Johnson (Team Jones/Johnson), were recognized for realizing an overall sales volume for Saluda River Club of more than $15M in 2015, the highest level of all entries.
