Private Swimming Lesson at SRC with Jamie Mullins
Jamie Mullins is offering private swimming lessons at the Chickawa Outdoor Center pool again this year. Each 30 minute session will cost $15. You can schedule as few or as many lessons as you like, and timing is flexible to suit your needs. A former lifeguard and competitive swimmer, Jamie has experience teaching a variety of ages (including special needs), and has been trained in infant & child CPR through Lexington Medical Center. Ages 2 and up.

Thursday 5/28 Lake Murray Chamber of Commerce Shrimp Boil Social and Silent Auction at the Chickawa Outdoor Center from 5:30-8pm
You are cordially invited to join us for Lake Murray Chamber’s Shrimp Boil Social and Silent Auction Thursday, May 28th from 5:30-8pm at the Chickawa Outdoor Center. Advance tickets are $20/person or $30/couple and at the door are $25/person or $40/couple. Ticket prices include food and drink including Shrimp Boil by Clark’s Pest Control, Gourmet Coleslaw and Smoked Gouda Corn Bread by Raid My Pantry, Pasta by Travinia Italian Kitchen, and Finger Foods by Mathais Sandwich Shop.

Tuesday 6/2 Toddler Swim Time at the Chickawa Outdoor Center at 10am
You’re invited to join your neighbors and their little ones at the Chickawa pool for Toddler Swim Time. This is open for infants to 2 years old. Come enjoy splashing around for an hour of fun at the pool.
Wednesday 6/3 Beautycounter Event at the Village Club at 6:30pm
Ladies of SRC, join us for a fun evening of pampering and fun with beauty consultants from Beautycounter! This new skincare and makeup line is all about keeping things healthy and natural. You will be shocked to learn what is in your skincare products and how these products can transform your life. Don’t feel obligated to purchase a thing…just come learn and try the products and get pampered while enjoying wine and fellowship with the ladies of SRC!
Friday 6/5 Adult Social Featuring GAME NIGHT at the Village Club at 7pm
Adult Social is the first Friday of every month at The Village Club. This month is GAME NIGHT! Bring your favorite GAMES (Corn Hole, Ladder Golf, Bocci Ball, Apples to Apples, Pictionary, Left Right Center, etc.) adult beverage, a small snack to share, and mingle with your neighbors!

Calling all SRC Adults! Let’s celebrate Summer at The Village Club Pool with an Adult Pool Party! Come to The Village Club Pool for an afternoon of fun! Enjoy complimentary adult concoctions by Famously Frozen at the pool.
Thursday 6/11 Ladies Night and Bunco at the Village Club at 7pm
Ladies Night is the second Thursday of every month. This month we’ll enjoy specialty drinks and even play Bunco! So, bring $5 to contribute to the pot.

Men’s Card Night is the Third Thursday of every month. Bring your favorite beverage, a snack and at least $10 for the pot.
Saturday 6/27 Beer & BBQ Tour (Brew Bus Pick Up at the Village Club at 3pm)
Join us Saturday, June 27th for a Beer and BBQ Tour through Columbia. The Beer and BBQ tour combines one of the area’s most beloved staple foods with its new and thriving locally produced beers. At Swamp Cabbage Brewing, guests will sample beers from and then receive a guided tour of Columbia’s largest full-production brewery. The bus will then head to The Southern Belly for a pulled pork sandwich that’s made to their liking, learning about the state’s rich barbecue history in the process. The tour will finish up at Craft and Draft, Columbia’s most popular craft beer bar, for a custom flight of local and rare beers. Summer Youth Cheer Camp at RBHS Gym:
The STATE CHAMPION GATOR CHEERLEADERS invite anyone ages 3-14 to join them for their summer youth cheer clinic on Monday, June 29th – Wednesday, July 1st from9am-12pm at the River Bluff High School Gym. You’ll work on cheer fundamentals, learn cheers and a dance, and HAVE FUN! The cost before Monday, June 16th is $65 per participant and includes a t-shirt or $75 after the deadline at the door. Kid Fit Summer Camps at Saluda River Club:
June 22-25, 9am-12pm, Sports Camp ages 5-12
July 13-16, 9am-12pm, Sports Camp ages 2-6
Activities include volleyball with beach balls, balloon tennis, noodle hockey, bowling, soccer, basketball, and much more.
July 20-24, 9am-12pm, Gymnastics Camp ages 2-6
Activities include mats, balance beams, trampolines, bars, rings, tumbling aids, and much more.
July 27-30, 9am-12pm, Circus Camp ages 2-6
Activities include tight wires, stilts, juggling, face painting, and much more.
August 3-6, 9am-12pm, Beach Camp ages 5-12
Activities include bocce ball, corn toss, frisbee, beach tennis, flip cup, ladder golf, washer boards, beach ball volleyball, and pool games.
Each camp will meet both on the Riverfront and inside the Chickawa Outdoor Center. The cost for each camp is $50/child/week. All campers must be potty trained. Each camp is Monday-Thursday. Kids are to bring a snack and a water bottle every day. All camps are open to friends of SRC residents too. Please email activities@saludariverclub.com to reserve a space for your child.
